Inspired by my own children, Penelope and Charlie and their endless imaginations, the shop was born out of a simple idea: that learning and play should go hand in hand. Every product in our collection has been carefully chosen with this in mind, from timeless wooden toys to imaginative play dolls, that grow with your child.

We don’t just stock toys, we look for treasures that inspire storytelling, nurture creativity, and encourage independence. By selecting items that are both playful and purposeful, we aim to create collections that can be enjoyed by children today and cherished for years to come.

At Poppy & Charlie, we also care deeply about quality and sustainability. We seek out makers and brands who share our values, prioritising toys made with care, thoughtfulness, and respect for the planet.

We are a small independent online toy store, based in Yorkshire & we are proud to say we are official stockist of Olli Ella, Tenderleaf Toys, Cuddle + Kind and are always expanding our brands.
